Feb. 6th, 2018 06:39 amMom messaged last night that since I spent part of Sunday crawling around under her furniture to help her find her Fitbit, she was offering to take me to dinner. So I had sashimi and a glass of prosecco and she had tempura dinner and prosecco. I also came home and ate an almond flour muffin. Shark week, I'm eyeing you.
Today, 1.43 on the treadmill, bf was 1 muffin, 4 oz Fage whole, 2 tsps chia, 2 tsps ground flax, 10 blueberries, 1 tsp sf vanilla. This was a big breakfast!
Lunch is 1 svg frittata in a lc tortilla, with celery. Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seed-cashew blend & 1/5 ES dark chocolate. Dinner is taco soup.
On the agenda is: online office hours, and plans to make the egg roll in a bowl before the broccoli slaw goes off. Datura workout, and then some crafting (I have a weaving project, a knitting project, and an embroidery project all "in progress," so getting any further work done is good). It feels like today would be a good day for attempting an earlier bed time.
