Shark Week

Shark week started, then sputtered and did nothing, and then came back with a vengeance late last night. My weight is up, cramps are going full swing, and bleh. And I can't decide to change my tracking app, because of the start-stop-start. I want a wRning for that nonsense!

Did 1.56 miles this morning, and bf was 2 almond flour muffins and a liter of fizzy water. Lunch is a serving of frittata on a lc tortilla, with celery, and another liter of water. Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seed-cashew blend, and 1/5 bar ES dark chocolate. I've got two clamshells of broccoli slaw and some ground pork to make egg roll in a bowl for dinner. (Or, what's more likely: make it, store it, and have leftover taco soup for dinner.). And more water.

I typically drink 3 liter a day, but I almost never include it with my food lists. So I'm making a token mention here on Monday. I make it fizzy with a SodaStream, and when it's cold weather, I drink the last liter as herbal tea. 

This week's frittata is 1 bag chopped spinach, 1 cup shredded cheese, 4 eggs, 6 sausage links cut in half. Plop into casserole dish, sprinkle with penzeys seasoned salt, back at 350° for 45min, turn oven off, bake for 15 min.

The almond flour muffins come from the Elana's Pantry recipe, using 1T swerve instead of honey.

Weekend was good. Friend's alterations done, SCA event half attended (which fit my schedule). It was too expensive for the type of event, but that's another debate. I'm now over peopled, and plan to hermit this week, but I think that will work with my schedule.
