Good Morning!
I did get all of my errands run yesterday, *and* my landlord came by to look at the wood casings for the windows (a couple have damage). After all that, I decided to take the night "off" from any doing. I watched NCIS, played some device games, made my lunch, and went to bed. Naturally, I still managed to drag that out, but my tracker says I got nearly an hour more sleep. Yay!
This morning, treadmill 1.75 mi, bf was my tera's whey smoothie with a whole tsp of MCT instead of the half. Lunch is tuna pouch, egg salad mess, and celery. Snack is a silver dollar pancake from Low Carb Yum, 1/5 bar ES dark choc, and .8oz of pumpkin seeds (in the shell). Dinner will be the last of the veggies and a pork loin chop with an almond flour drop biscuit. Oh, and I've been trying that reishi mushroom hot cocoa that the Secret Santa from XXKeto gave me!
On the agenda today: Datura workout, some weaving and/or knitting, editing my Passion Planner for the week (into next), and swiffering the downstairs. (I used to FLYLady all the time, and I've become quite slack, but there's nothing like having the person who *owns* the space you're living in stop by to make you feel like you're a filthy animal.) Oh, and to decide what projects my students will do this quarter!
