My sister and BiL sent me a box of assorted Endangered Species dark chocolate (all the 72% and up varieties), so I have a lovely stash for my lunches.  (I know there are fancier chocolatiers out there, but I think they're good for the reasonably-priced category.  Bonus- they are fair trade certified and donate 10% to animal habitats.)   My dad gave me a comprehensive book of Caesar's writings and mom gave me a cutting board and the toiletries hang bag from my packing cube collection.

Dinner was great- If you ever have the chance to make creamed spinach with fresh spinach, it makes all the difference!  I'm down a pound today, but I think that could be that deceptive thing that happens when you go off script.  Mine was planned, but still.

Anyhow, we are off school today for MLkjr Day.  Bf was 2 eggs & jimmy dean sausage on a lc tortilla.  I'm not sure what lunch will be just yet.  I'm making egg roll in a bowl for my weekly precook, and another breakfast casserole, so I could have a serving of either of those, and I have one soup serving and one almond flour biscuit left.  I'm also going to make another round of those silver dollar pancakes from low carb yum.  They were a great addition last week.

Agenda today: treadmill & Datura workout, precook, lesson plans (already written, but I make daily agenda ppts for the smart board), finish nephew's birthday present blankie, update my YNAB budget for this year, Annual Cat Vet appt at 2:30, then I might be free to knit or weave.  I think.
