Good Morning!

now on ice storm watch as a result of weird 60° Hugh day dropping to near freezing by sunset and below freezing over night. We are waiting to see how the school district reacts.

Last night, I did my Datura workout, and worked a little on my weaving. I'm nearly out of one my my stripe colors, so I think I'm close to finished.

Today, I did 1.75 mi on the treadmill, bf was my Tera's whey smoothie, lunch is a la tortilla factory wheat tortilla with a serving of frittata. Snack is a silver dollar pancake from low carb yum, 1/5 bar ES dark chocolate, and .8oz pumpkin seeds (in the shell). Dinner will be the last serving of pork, the almond flour drop biscuit, and some frozen spinach. I'm thinking maybe I'll cook it with some broth leftover from last week's soup.

I've developed a small blister on my pinkie toe, probably from not having to wear any dress shoes over winter break, so today I'm going to slap a blister bandage on and wear boots.

For today's agenda: get gas and some de-icer on the way home (no covered parking), office hours at 4, revisit the Swiffering (didn't do it yesterday), finish the pink scarf.

 Good Morning!

I didn't get to my nephew's blanket last night, but I did my knitting (and watched a repeat of Victoria).  I picked up an eggplant and a zucchini & yellow squash mix at Sprouts, and oven roasted that while I did my workout, and I got my sister's repaired dress into the mail. All in all, I think yesterday was a win.

Today, I've got to run by the drugstore for SW supplies and BB&B for a new soda stream canister.  Then, the first office hours of the year from 4-5:30.  I'm still trying circadian fasting, so dinner will be right after.  I'm also going to see about that sleep discipline-- let's try for bed thirty minutes earlier tonight!

Bf was my usual Tera's whey smoothie, lunch is a la tortilla factory low carb wheat (found on sale at Sprouts) with a serving of broccoli-turkey smoked sausage-egg-mozzarella frittata.  Snack is 1/5 of endangered species dark chocolate and 1 silver dollar pancake from the Low Carb Yum recipe. Dinner will be Mediterranean pork loin chop, roasted veggies, and an almond flour drop biscuit.
