A flash flood warning for three days is unacceptable.

Monday was Monday, but we all got through, right?  After a couple weeks of not having our extended days on Monday, the school is back at it, so I worked from 8-4.  That's a lot for being constantly "on" with the children.

When I got home, I whipped up some almond flour cheese biscuits (with mozzarella and penzeys seasonsed salt) to go with dinner.  Instead of six, I made 12 smaller.  I froze six after baking, had 2 with chicken and kale, and stored the four fresh.  While they were baking, I did a 30 minute workout from Datura.  Then I watched Victoria and knitted.

My friend was supposed to come by and pick up the project that won't go away, but she was feeling sinus-y and croupy, so it's still here.

Today, 1.5 miles, and bf was a Simple Truth whey smoothie with 1 tbsp ketologie and 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk.  Lunch is deli ham with 1 slice Swiss and 1 tbsp mustard on a lc tortilla, with celery sticks and blackberries.  Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seed-pecan blend and 1/5 ES dark chocolate.   Dinner will be a chicken breast, kale, and 2 small almond flour biscuits.

This week's agenda:  Google form still broken; sew cuffs on new pants, pin and take up old pants, trace for "master pattern."  Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there).

Today is online office hours.  I think I would also like to try about 20ish minute of yoga or dance today, even though it's not my planned day.  I'm feeling not flexible/loose.

I'm still pissed about the project on your behalf.
Otherwise, sounds like things are going well.
