Yesterday was far more on point.  I stayed on target, and in the way home, I went by Sprouts to get the ingredients for a keto granola recipe I want to try.  Then I went to walgreens and got my dermatological prescription. Then I got gas for the car.  I was so ready for my nap!
 
The nap itself would have been nicer if my neighbor's dogs had not been left out to bark their fool heads off.  I had scrambled eggs and sausage for dinner, watched x-files and knitted. 
 
Today, 1.5 miles on treadmill. Bf was Fage whole with 2 tsp ground flax, 2 tsp chia, 10 blueberries, and 1 tsp sf vanilla.  I also made my pot of cream tea with 1 Th and 1 tsp of hwc and 2.5 tsp sf vanilla (For the ozark travel mug, and remainder in my mug).  Lunch is a svg of Egg Roll in a Bowl, and a cold rotisserie chicken leg leftover from Sunday.  Snack is 1/4 cup of my seed-nut mix, and 1/5 ES dark chocolate.  I have one egg left, so I'm thinking of making a bf sandwich with a lc tortilla, some sausage, and cheese for dinner.
 
Agenda: figure out why the Google form isn't pulling the email addresses, online office hours, Datura workout, bake off the keto granola
