Happy Wednesday
Made mashed cauliflower to go with the taco soup last night and then drank a pot of herbal tea. Gotta stop doing that so late-- tired of getting up in the night. Also got in another mile and did the next Datura workout.
This morning 1.25 miles, then bf of frittata and a lc tortilla with 2T whipped cream cheese. Lunch is 2oz Sprouts buffalo chicken on a lc tortilla (I'm on a kick at the moment, so I got the smallest size LaTortilla factory makes) with celery sticks. Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seed-cashew pcs blend, and 1/5 ES dark chocolate. Dinner will be taco soup from LCY, but not sure of what side yet.
Agenda today: quick grocery stop (sale day), last Datura workout for this course, a nap for self care, either weaving or knitting, maybe baste those pants?
