(I only have two) and found a snag/hole in it, so I lost a precious couple of minutes this morning darning it up. So I lost my usual posting time.
I did my Datura online workout this morning instead of treadmill time as an experiment. The jury is not looking favorably here-- I'm not sure it's all that useful to try to follow a routine/choreography at 5:30 am.
Bf was a Tera's Whey smoothie, lunch was cranberry-sage turkey and colby jack (2oz + 1oz) and 1 tsp Sarayo on a lc tortilla, with celery sticks. Snack was the pumpkin seed-cashew pieces blend and 1/5 bar ES dark chocolate. After school, I'll have some almonds and mom's making us wraps again for our second (and final) Beowulf class.
I don't think I'll get any crafting done when I get home tonight, but I am hoping to do the next Datura workout (that's in this particular series) because it's a yoga-conditioning one. I'd rather wanted to finish it by the end of January, and I can just manage it if I do this one tonight, and one each the next two days.
I did get my 8 rows of knitting done this weekend. I'm making [this shawl](https://images4-b.ravelrycache.com/uploads/jaaladay/416691561/KindnessBestM_medium2.jpg) and it's my first time doing lace work that wasn't just yarnovers in a netting sort of pattern. I'm now at a stupid number of stitches, so I might need to lower the number of rows I think I'll get done.
No weaving accomplished, but I did make the taco soup and an oven frittata. I also did the laundry, washed the dishes (and unloaded them! Who am I?), ironed all the linen for my and my friend's SCA garb, and ironed and cut out a test pair of pants out of muslin.
There was also Halo Top fueling this, so take it FWIW. My weight dropped from the bad-sleep uptick, and is only up 1# from flair. I hope to take care of that this week.
