 Back from my camping trip and Happy Spring!
 
It was a weird event, in that several of us seemed to be wiped out before we even got there.  That's okay.  It happens, y'know?  Anyhow, we all got home okay, and are back at it!
 
I'm up and treadmilled and bf'd because my boss wants to meet with me this morning.  Naturally, this has caused an anxiety ball.  Will report later.
 
1.77 Miles on the treadmill, bf was 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, simple truth whey protein, and 2 tbsp ketologie.  Lunch is a svg of breakfast casserole (eggs, spinach, pepper & onion, cheese, sausage crumbles) and celery & carrot sticks.  Snack is 2 energy bites from the KetoKrate box.  This may be a little scant, but I tucked an epic bar in there, just in case.  Dinner is pork chops and vegetables.
 
After school today, I have a dermatologist appointment, and need to pick up my sister and nephew from the airport.  Then I also have office hours!  Whew!
