The last Friday before spring break finally arrived!
Yesterday, I had the congestion and a headache I couldn't shake. I drank about 4+ liters of water over the course of the day (liter before work, liter at work, pot of herbal tea after work, another liter at dinner), and didn't do anything, and then made my lunch and went to bed. Muuuch better. I had a trace af congestion this morning, but nothing like the previous day.
Today, only 1.1 miles, bf was 2T almond butter on keto bread, 16 oz water with nuun. Lunch is a tuna pouch, celery sticks, half a small avocado, and 1 svg of cheesy cauliflower casserole. Snack is 1/5 ES dark chocolate.
The schedule at school today is crazy, as they've figured out a way to justify a field trip to the movies. I seriously disagree with this, but it is what it is. Because I travel between schools, I can't go, so I'm planning on getting tons of planning and grading done.
