Mar. 8th, 2018 06:36 amCongestion sucks. It's the kind where I wake up congested and hate my face, but as soon as I'm a few minutes into my treadmill, it's gone. Can't tell if it's allergies or my body is trying to catch a cold. Eff that noise, regardless.
Didn't nap yesterday, because I either missed the window or body didn't want it at the time. Meh. Body, you need it. Finished the top hems of the Roman garb, plan to do the shoulder fastenings tonight.
This morning I hit the snooze twice, so 1.25 miles, bf was 2T almond butter on 2 slices keto bread, lunch is tuna pouch, celery, 1 svg cheesy cauliflower casserole. Snack is 1/5 ES dark chocolate. I may have a whey smoothie for an after school snack, as I only have about 1+ oz of steak left for dinner. And a little frozen spinach, etc.
This week's agenda: Google form still broken; continue hemming the Roman. Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there).
Today is office hours and a Datura workout.
