Mar. 1st, 2018 06:21 amI had so many spelling errors in yesterday's post. Oh, well. That nap was well needed (also I dreamed about tiny sheep, hamsters, and a hedgehog). Then I got up, had dinner, sewed during x-files & 911, and finished up with 30 min on the treadmill.
Today, 1.4 miles, bf was keto granola with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, and a half pot of Adagio Cream tea (2 mugs) with unsweetened almond milk and sf vanilla. Lunch is 2 scrambled eggs, 3/4 c spinach, and 3 tbsp hummus, and I thawed a muffin to go with. Snack is 1/5 ES dark chocolate. Dinner might be spinach and shredded pork or a lc wrap. Not sure.
This week's agenda: Google form still broken; continue hemming the Roman. Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there). Make some kind of keto snack for this week.
Today also holds metric butt tons of rain, office hours, and a Datura workout.
