Good Morning! It's Self-Care Wednesday!
Feb. 28th, 2018 06:38 amI got up this morning and the pre-SW water weight pound was gone, so that means I'll start bleeding soon. Yay? 😝 I know I'll be glad for that nap today.
Last night, I did my office hours and messaged a few kids about not curing and pasting from websites. Sigh. Then, dinner, sewed for an hour, unloaded the dishwasher and made lunch, then did Condition & Release from Datura and went to bed.
Today, 1.25 miles (I a man really not feeling it right now), bf was keto granola with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Lunch is deli turkey and 1 slice Swiss on a lc tortilla, and (the last two ounces of ) fage whole yogurt with 6 raspberries. Snack is 1/5 bar ES dark chocolate. Supplies are a teeny bit scant, so I may add a bag of pork rinds from the vending machine if available. Dinner is 4 oz shredded sport, the last serving of broccoli "soup," and I'm not sure what else.
ETA: I made a quick chocolate milk with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, and a scoop of Choconite sf cocoa.
This week's agenda: Google form still broken; continue hemming the Roman. Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there). Make some kind of keto snack for this week.
Today is Self-Care Wednesday (for me anyway), so I'm planning a nap, X-Files & 911 for my sewing time, and hopefully no hysterical emails (the students have projects due Thursday).
