I didn't have time to post yesterday.

Good Morning!
Weekend was intense, because I just had too much to do, but I made it, and I hope y'all did, too.
Yesterday, a coworker requested a couple of us come by her house after work for some wine and whine, and it was clear that it was important, so I did. I am up a bit today because of the wine, so lots of hydration today.
Today, 1.5 miles, bf was a smoothie with simple truth whey, 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla Milkadamia (from KetoKrate), and 2 tbsp ketologie. I'm trying to find the right amt/balance that gives it some staying power. Lunch is a tuna pouch, 2 hb eggs, celery sticks, and half a know foods cookie because I didn't make keto bread yesterday (due to the last minute invite from coworker). Dinner will be 4oz skirt steak and some cheesy cauliflower casserole I made for a precook (1 cup Cajun mirepoix, 2 bags cauliflower, 2 cups "taco" cheese, "taco seasoning").
This week's agenda: Google form still broken; continue hemming the Roman. Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there). Make the keto bread already.
Today also holds online office hours, and a Datura workout.
