 Good Morning!
 
You know how every so often, your SW cycle tries to lay you out?  Yeah, I am dealing with that ATM.  Sometimes, SW is just a week of cramps and bleeding and so forth, and sometimes it's all that's, *and* it's trying to make me feel like I'm getting sick.  
 
Last night, I got the side seams sewn for both Romans, made the second to last conventional recipe I have to do (frozen), but spent most of the time sitting on the couch with a blanket and just going Ugh.  I did not work out last night.  I also changed my sheets and bleached the toilet.  Woo.
 
Today, 1.43 miles, bf was keto granola with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, and a half-pot of Tazo Vanilla Bean Macaron tea (I had a sample) with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 2 tsp sf Torani.  Lunch is deli ham and 1 slice Swiss on a lc tortilla with mustard, and celery.  I also have 4oz fage whole yogurt with 6 raspberries.  Snack is the second half of the Oloves, and 1/5 ES dark chocolate.  Dinner will be 4oz shredded pork and 1 serving of broccoli soup with the last 2 small almond flour biscuits.  
 
This week's agenda: Google form still broken; Abandon pants idea, start hemming the Roman. Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there).  Make some kind of keto snack for this week.
 
Today is office hours day, and let's also try for some Yoga or bellydance drills, okay?
