Free salad was delicious, and I have the leftovers for lunch today. My friend was not able to come over last night to help me pin things, so I let it all go and just worked out and watched some tv. 

This morning, only 1 mile as I'm moving slowly this morning and hit that snooze bar. Bf was a smoothie with simple truth whey protein, 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, and 1 tbsp ketologie. I also had 2/3 almond flour biscuit this morning. Lunch is leftover free salad with chicken, 1 slice Colby jack on a lc tortilla, and 10 blackberries. Snack is 1/5 ES dark chocolate. For dinner tonight, I can make scrambled eggs, sausage, and the last of the kale.

There may be a trip by Kroger on the way home to buy a meat, almond milk, peanut butter & flour (needed for a conventional recipe I need to make), and diet Dr Pepper. I like to take advantage of the free Friday download and not having to interrupt Saturday/Sunday to do it. Saturday I have a phone interview for a P/T job, and I hope it goes well. 

This week's agenda isn't going anywhere, but it's Friday and payday, so we will focus on grading papers today and waving at my money as it passes through on its way to bills!

Weekend agenda: Decide if I have time to cut out a short tunic (man garb), finally iron those hems into the Roman and start sewing that stuff down. Knitting and/or weaving (four rows here or there). Get the project that won't quit out of my house to my friend's house, make the conventional recipe, make whatever precook I'm feeling like, lesson plans, shaking my fist at the rain, trying some yoga from DaturaOnline.
