Happy Valentine's Day!
Got through yesterday with a little extra caffeine, which was good because when I went to Kroger to pick up the cake for the language club, they had not done it and had no record of it, and I had a very small window to get back to my morning school and do the inductions/meeting. In fact, the decorator was about to go off her shift, and I'm lucky the bakery ladies caught her. They pulled something from the case, wrote the inscription, threw some chocolate covered strawberries on it, and gave it to me for free. Since I had a confirmation email, I knew something should have happened! The club meeting went off without any more hitches, and I got some good pictures.
When I got home, I had online office hours and built some extra credit activities. I quickly realized I wasn't going to get much more out of myself, so I changed gears to just finishing my miles on the treadmill and eating a serving of sausage cauliflower mac & cheese (cold), and reading while the Olympics were on.
This morning, 1.5 miles, bf was keto granola and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. My tea this morning has 3/4 cup almond milk (1/2 in travel mug; 1/4 in mug right now) and 2.5 tsp sf Torani chocolate "for Valentine's Day." Lunch is deli turkey, 1 slice Colby jack, 1/2 tbsp sarayo on a lc tortilla. Snack is .8oz jerky and 1/5 bar ES dark chocolate. Dinner will either be casserole or I might indulge in almond butter and sf jam on a lc tortilla.
Today is my midweek self-care (I get to take a nap after school), which I'm excited about. The extra long day yesterday and tomorrow (parent teacher conferences) wear me out.
Ongoing agenda: Google form still broken; sew waistband on new pants, pin and take up old pants, trace for "master pattern," and four rows of knitting or weaving. Today is also a Datura workout day.
