Last night, dad and I traded cars. He is graciously dropping mine off at the mechanic this morning to get two new tires. I'll pick it up this afternoon, then either mom or I will pick him up.
I got lots of my agenda done: test pants sewn, new pants half sewn, some knitting done (got through to row 83), some weaving done (during Victoria last night). No Datura done, so that's a goal for today.
This morning, 1.8 miles on the treadmill, bf was a serving of keto granola with .5 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 pot of Adagio Cream tea with 3tsp sf vanilla and .5 cup unsweetened almond milk, split into ozark mug and regular mug. I have discovered I like the almond milk in my tea better than hwc. It tastes...mellower?
I used the hwc in the smoked sausage and cauliflower mac & cheese I made for my precook yesterday. Lunch is deli ham & swiss on a lc tortilla with stone ground mustard, with celery sticks spread with a dip I made with .5 cup avocado mayo + .5 cup sour cream + 1tbsp penzeys buttermilk ranch seasoning. Snack is the last 1/4 cup seed blend and 1/5 ES dark chocolate.
Dinner will be the mac & cheese casserole and some kind of green side. Maybe a 1/2 cup green beans? Broccoli?
Agenda today: pick up car, pay for it, and weep over bank account; pick up dad; see if friend can fix google form (already emailed to her), sew waistband on pants, trace for "master pattern," do that Datura workout!
