I'm sad it didn't ice. I know (hides face).

Well, we had big rain overnight, but temps that hovered just above freezing.  I'm a little sad because I was holding out a faint hope for a snow day.  Also, I don't like to teach with my coat on, but anything below 40°F (probably below 45°) outside and our buildings will not hold the heat.  (Old, original heating, and no drywall or insulation.)

Had an overeating moment last night.  Logged it.  Calories?  Way crazy.  Net Carbs?  Only at 42.  Took things in stride: immediately made lunch, bf, set up the tea pot, made myself another bottle of water, and put the muffins (the tempting culprits) into the freezer.  Then I got on the treadmill and did that, along with some yoga from Datura.

This morning, 1.5 miles, bf was Fage whole with 2 tsp chia, 2 tsp ground flax, 10 blueberries, 1 tsp sf vanilla, plus half a lc tortilla with 1T whipped cream cheese.  I've made up a pot of [Adagio Cream tea](http://www.adagio.com/flavors/cream.html) with 2.5 tsp sf vanilla and 1Tbsp + 1tsp hwc.  The bulk of it is in my ozark mug for work, and the remainder is in the mug (that's where the .5tsp of sf vanilla and 1 tsp of hwc went) that I'm sipping now.

Lunch is a serving of Egg Roll in a Bowl, plus 4 cold shrimp leftover from dad's Sunday nibbles spread.  Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seed-cashew blend and 1/5 ES dark chocolate.  I'm thinking breakfast for dinner with scrambled eggs and sausage, probably with the other half of that lc tortilla.  If I want an afternoon snack, I have celery.

Agenda: must go by Walgreens and get my dermatology medicine. There should be no grease fires today, so then a self-care nap.  Today should be the day that Shark Week begins to wind down.
