(no subject)
Feb. 1st, 2018 06:32 amToday, 1.45 miles, bf was frittata & celery with 2 tsps of homemade dip (1/2 cup sour cream + 1/2 cup avocado mayo + 1T penzeys ranch spice mix). Lunch is 2oz cranberry sage turkey on lc tortilla with 1/2 T avo mayo and celery sticks. Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seed-cashews blend and 1/5 ES dark chocolate. I might add some Dixons pork rinds from the vending machine (116 cals, 9g protein, 1 carb) to lunch. Dinner will be sushi out with an OKCupid date. Meh.
My agenda of things to do basically hasn't changed since it got derailed yesterday, but I'm not particularly interested in it right now. I've got online office hours again today, and then I'll have to go to this dinner date. I doubt I'll do much when I get home other than watch a tle tv, make lunch, and go to bed.
