We’ve made it to Tuesday.
Jan. 23rd, 2018 10:52 amMuch better sleep last night, but still in the uptick'd weight. My Beowulf class last night was a lot of fun, but I'm also glad it's just two nights. I don't have the energy to do all the fun things when working. :( Tonight, I have another late night, due to an open house event.
Treadmilled 1.75 mi. Bf was 1oz of roast beef and 1.5 oz havarti with 1 tsp sarayo on a lc tortilla. (I was cleaning out leftovers.) I also drank 16 oz water.
Lunch is 1 svg of kale-sausage frittata, half a small avocado with seasoned salt, and 9 blackberries. Snack is 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and 2 sqs of dark chocolate. Plus, 1 liter water.
I hope to have enough time to do some Datura online workout before I have to go back to school tonight, but we will see. Dinner is up in the air.
